Allweiler Rotating Equipment

Split Seal

Our fully split cartridge lip seal is engineered for difficult installations where conventional seals are impractical due to restricted access or equipment constraints. The two-half design eliminates the need to handle individual components during assembly, significantly reducing installation time and the risk of error, particularly on hard-to-access equipment such as rotary pumps, mixers, and agitators.

Mounted outside the stuffing box, the unit removes the need for replacement sleeves and accommodates a wider range of equipment without stuffing box dimension restrictions. The stationary design minimises rotating mass and prevents misalignment, while isolated springs prevent clogging in process environments. Every unit is fully assembled and pressure tested prior to shipment.
